We want you to love your order. If you change your mind, you can return any unused, unopened, and undamaged product within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened and unused
In original packaging
In resellable condition
Non-personalised label

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 working days for your bank to process it.


Non-Returnable Items
Our personalised diffusers are made to order and customised specifically for you.

As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

The following cannot be returned:

Any personalised or custom-made diffuser

Items with names, dates, or custom text

Products created specifically to your order

Opened diffusers

Sale items


This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt personalised items from the 14-day cooling-off period.


Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.


Return Shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
