Extra Diffuser Reeds

We want you to love your order. If you change your mind, you can return any unused, unopened, and undamaged product within 14 days of delivery in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and unused

• In original packaging

• In resellable condition

• Non-personalised label

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 working days for your bank to process it.

Non-Returnable Items

Our personalised diffusers are made to order and customised specifically for you.

As a result, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised products unless they arrive damaged or faulty. The following cannot be returned:

• Any personalised or custom-made diffuser

• Items with names, dates, or custom text

• Products created specifically to your order

• Opened diffusers

This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt personalised items from the 14-day cooling-off period.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.

Christmas Delivery Deadline

We are currently still able to deliver orders in time for Christmas. To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order on or before 19th December.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.
